Recent polling in the Pará Senate race shows Helder Barbalho (MDB) maintaining a clear lead for one of the two seats up for election on October 4, while the contest for second place remains fragmented. Latest surveys from Quaest and Atlas place Delegado Éder Mauro (PL) narrowly ahead of Zequinha Marinho (Podemos) and Celso Sabino (PDT), often within margins of error amid 20-25% undecided voters. Party conventions, alliances with state and federal figures, and the dual-vote system have kept the field competitive, with no single challenger consolidating support. Trader consensus reflected in current prices aligns with these trends, where shifts in undecided voters or late campaign momentum could alter second-place positioning before election day.
