Lula holds the strongest position in Tocantins first-round polling at 37% in the latest Quaest survey and a statistical tie with Flávio Bolsonaro at 36% in Real Time Big Data data from late August, reflecting his incumbency advantage and national frontrunner status ahead of the October 4 vote. Flávio trails locally despite right-leaning voter bases that favored similar candidates in prior cycles, with his 32% share underscoring competitive but secondary support. Lower-polling figures such as Ronaldo Caiado, Renan Santos, and Augusto Cury register in the low single digits, consistent with their limited state traction. These patterns align with trader consensus on leading probabilities while highlighting the narrow margins and potential for shifts from campaign advertising or further state-specific surveys.
