Flávio Bolsonaro maintains overwhelming trader support at 95.7% for first place in Mato Grosso do Sul's October 4 first-round presidential vote, driven by repeated polling leads of 10–14 points over Lula in the agricultural Center-West state. Recent AtlasIntel and Real Time surveys show him at 41–47% against Lula's 27–33%, with other contenders like Ronaldo Caiado, Romeu Zema, and Augusto Cury in single digits amid 10–18% undecided or blank responses. This positioning reflects consolidation of Bolsonarista voters following Jair Bolsonaro's endorsement and ineligibility, plus alignment with local center-right governance. Late campaign shifts among undecided voters or stronger showings by fragmented opposition candidates remain the primary scenarios that could narrow the gap before election day.
