Recent polling averages place the Social Democrats, Sweden Democrats, and Moderates as the clear top three parties ahead of the September 13 election, leaving the contest for fourth place primarily among the Centre Party, Left Party, Greens, and Christian Democrats. These four parties sit in a narrow band of roughly 6-8 percent support, with the race tightened by the broader bloc competition over economic pressures, crime, immigration, and energy policy. Late shifts in voter turnout, particularly among smaller-party supporters, or last-minute campaign developments on welfare and security issues could alter relative rankings among this group. The Liberals' persistent position below the 4 percent threshold further concentrates attention on the mid-tier contenders for the final podium spot.
