Recent Swedish polls ahead of the September 13 election show the Social Democrats, Sweden Democrats, and Moderates locked in the top three spots, leaving the Left Party, Centre Party, Greens, and Christian Democrats clustered between roughly 6% and 8% support and competing for subsequent rankings. Tight margins among these parties, combined with modest swings in recent surveys on issues such as economic pressures, security, and energy policy, sustain trader expectations of a close contest for fifth place. The Liberals’ persistent position below the 4% threshold further narrows the field of viable contenders, while bloc-level tightening between left-leaning and right-leaning groupings has produced limited movement in the mid-tier shares. Late campaign developments or turnout shifts among smaller voter segments could still alter the final ordering.
