The closely contested Morocco legislative elections on September 23 feature a fragmented field where the ruling coalition parties compete directly for the most seats in the 395-member House of Representatives. Trader pricing reflects PAM holding a narrow edge over RNI, driven by PAM’s recent candidate slate announcements, high-profile recruitment including Fouzi Lekjaa, and visible campaign momentum in key regions, while RNI retains organizational advantages from its incumbent position despite leadership transitions and coalition strains. Public dissatisfaction with government performance, lingering effects from prior protests, and the absence of decisive recent polling keep implied probabilities balanced among PAM, RNI, and Istiqlal. Upcoming candidate finalization, the official campaign launch on September 10, and local constituency dynamics could still shift seat projections before results are certified by the Interior Ministry.
