Morocco's September 23, 2026, legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives feature a tight contest for second place among the incumbent coalition parties, with traders assigning RNI, PAM, and PI the highest implied probabilities near 30-33 percent each. Leadership transitions, including RNI's shift to Mohamed Chaouki and PAM's elevation of Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri alongside Fouzi Lekjaa's recent affiliation, have reshaped internal dynamics and candidate recruitment ahead of the September 10 campaign launch. Limited polling data, persistent public distrust reflected in low expected turnout, and competition over local candidate strength in multi-member districts sustain the close positioning. Late momentum from urban turnout patterns, coalition realignments, or economic messaging on purchasing power and youth issues could separate the contenders before vote counting concludes.

Note: If a listed party contests the election as part of a coalition with one or more parties not listed in this market, the market corresponding to the listed party will represent the coalition and will count all seats won by the coalition collectively. If two or more listed parties contest the election as a jointly listed coalition, with or without additional parties not listed in this market, the market corresponding to the party within that coalition that won the most seats in the previous election will represent the coalition and will count all seats won by the coalition collectively. If such a coalition dissolves, each market will again represent its respective party individually.
