This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.Saudi Arabia stands as the primary candidate for joining the Abraham Accords before 2027, given repeated U.S. diplomatic pressure under President Trump. In July 2026, Trump conditioned final approval of a Saudi civilian nuclear cooperation agreement on normalization with Israel, echoing earlier public calls in May 2026 for Riyadh, Qatar, and others to accede simultaneously. However, Saudi officials have consistently conditioned any such step on a credible pathway to Palestinian statehood, a stance reinforced amid ongoing regional realignments. Riyadh has advanced defense ties with Turkey and Pakistan while hosting R-4 quartet meetings with Egypt and pursuing non-aggression talks with Iran, signaling a preference for an autonomous Gulf security framework over Abraham Accords integration. Kazakhstan’s November 2025 accession marked the most recent expansion, but no Arab states have followed since Sudan in 2021.
