Recent party conferences confirmed top candidates including Alexander Belsky, while several opposition lists faced registration hurdles, including the disqualification of Yabloko nominees on documentation grounds. Other registered parties such as the CPRF, A Just Russia, LDPR, New People, and the Greens have fielded slates but trail significantly in positioning. Late developments like candidate disqualifications, turnout variations, or shifts in single-member district races represent the primary factors that could still alter the outcome before polls close.
