Trader consensus shows Kyle Hamilton, Harshan Ramadass, and numerous other candidates clustered near even odds, reflecting limited early differentiation during the nomination window that runs through September 11. Both leading councillors have highlighted aging infrastructure, permitting processes, housing options, and senior-government funding as central issues, yet no single candidate has established clear momentum in public positioning.
