Recent polling averages place Die Linke at around 11 percent, positioning the party for a clear third-place finish behind the AfD and SPD in the September 20 Landtag election. The CDU trails further at 8–10 percent, while the Greens hover near the 5 percent threshold and the BSW remains below it. Trader consensus reflects these stable survey trends from late August and early September, with limited movement in the final fortnight before voting. Coalition arithmetic and turnout among core voter groups in the two weeks ahead represent the main variables that could still affect the exact ordering among smaller parties.

This market will resolve to the political party that wins the third-greatest number of seats in the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Landtag) as a result of this election.
If voting in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern election for the Landtag does not occur by January 31, 2027, this market will resolve to "Other".
The named parties or coalitions will be primarily ranked by the number of seats won in the specified election.
