Recent polling averages place the reunited Joint List (Hadash-Ta'al-Balad) in the 6-8 seat range ahead of Israel's October 27, 2026 legislative election, supporting the market's heaviest weighting on 8-9 seats. The three parties finalized their joint slate in late August after months of negotiations, with Hadash's Yousef Jabareen heading the list, followed by Ta'al's Ahmad Tibi and Balad's Sami Abu Shehadeh; this consolidation aims to improve Arab voter turnout and clear the 3.25% threshold more efficiently than separate runs. Ra'am continues separately and polls near 5 seats, keeping combined Arab representation stable near 12-13 mandates across most surveys. Ongoing fragmentation on the right and center, including competition between Likud, Yashar, and Together, has not materially altered Arab-list projections in the latest Kantar, Midgam, and Lazar releases.
