Forecast models from the National Weather Service and other sources indicate a high near 76–78°F for Los Angeles on September 6, influenced by marine layer clouds, possible showers with a 60–70% chance of precipitation, and moderate onshore winds that limit daytime warming. This aligns with recent climatological averages around 76–77°F and follows several days of similar readings near 76–78°F at Los Angeles International Airport. Trader consensus favoring the 80–83°F range likely reflects uncertainty in exact peak timing amid variable cloud cover and potential model adjustments before final observations. Key resolution depends on official maximum readings, with any clearing skies or delayed showers able to push temperatures modestly higher.
