Traders have assigned the 20-39 bracket a 73.5% implied probability for the September 4–11, 2026 window because this range aligns closely with observed weekly norms during non-crisis periods, with no scheduled high-impact events, budget deadlines, or emergencies expected to generate volume spikes. The next most favored outcome, 40-59 at 18%, reflects modest upside potential from standard early-September activity, including 9/11 anniversary communications and ongoing executive actions. Higher brackets above 80 or below 20 carry low single-digit odds, consistent with the absence of factors that have historically driven outlier posting rates. The market reflects trader consensus on steady, baseline communication patterns rather than elevated engagement.
