**Clear, sunny conditions under building high pressure are positioning Seattle for a daytime high near or slightly above the long-term September 8 average of ~72°F.** Official National Weather Service forecasts from the Seattle office call for mostly sunny skies after early fog, with a high near 73°F and light north-northwest winds. Multiple private and regional models converge on 72–73°F at Sea-Tac Airport and similar readings downtown, consistent with recent days of 72–74°F under similar high-pressure regimes. Traders have placed the strongest implied probability (53.5%) on 74–75°F, reflecting slight upward bias from model runs that allow for modest additional warming under full sun and weak downslope flow. The 72–73°F bin (37.5%) remains the next most favored outcome, while probabilities drop sharply above 76°F or below 72°F. No significant model disagreements or late-day changes have emerged in the past 24 hours to alter this narrow range. The market will resolve on the official highest hourly or daily maximum temperature recorded for the calendar day.
