Grand Theft Auto VI holds the strongest position among specific contenders at 40.9% implied probability, ahead of Mewgenics and Pokémon Pokopia, yet the even spread across dozens of options signals that no clear frontrunner has consolidated support. This dynamic arises because the award rewards innovative vision and execution, factors that often shift with late-2026 releases, preview reactions, and guild or critic endorsements in the months before the December ceremony. Historical patterns indicate late momentum from strong industry narratives can quickly reorder probabilities in this category.
