This follows its record $7.4 billion June round at roughly $50 billion post-money and ongoing talks for an additional $1.5 billion at a $71–74 billion valuation, supported by annualized revenue approaching $500 million. Its efficient open-weight large language models continue closing the gap with U.S. frontier systems on benchmarks while running primarily on Huawei Ascend hardware. Chinese regulators have also expanded STAR listing standards for AI firms, though no formal filing has occurred yet and timelines remain subject to regulatory review and execution risk.
