Katie Hobbs holds an 88% implied probability of carrying Maricopa County in the November 2026 Arizona governor race, far ahead of Republican nominee Andy Biggs at 9.5%, with minor candidates at 50%. As the Democratic incumbent, Hobbs benefits from her unopposed primary and consistent polling leads of 5–7 points statewide, reflecting strong performance among suburban and Hispanic voters in the state's most populous county. Biggs secured the GOP nomination in July with roughly 72% of the primary vote, aided by a Trump endorsement, yet trails in aggregates amid a competitive battleground environment. Trader consensus prices in Hobbs' structural advantages in Maricopa while leaving room for shifts from late-cycle turnout or economic messaging before Election Day.
