This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple publicly announces and launches a new product line by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". A "new product line" is defined as a category of products Apple has not previously sold, rather than an iteration or update of an existing product. Examples of a new product line would include an Apple-branded home robot or gaming console, while a new iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, or AirPods models would not qualify. The resolution source will be official information from Apple.Apple’s product roadmap through late 2026 centers on iterative refreshes and form-factor extensions within existing lines, such as the iPhone 18 Pro series and the first foldable iPhone Ultra slated for the September 9 event, alongside updated Watches and Macs. These moves build on current categories rather than introducing entirely new ones like smart glasses or a robotic home hub, which reports tie to 2027 timelines under new CEO John Ternus. With the calendar now inside the final months of 2026 and no confirmed launches of novel product categories before year-end, trader consensus has settled on the “No” outcome at 72.5% implied probability, reflecting the distinction between hardware refreshes and true category expansion.
