Mercedes holds a commanding 87-point lead in the 2026 Constructors’ Championship after roughly a dozen rounds, built on early-season dominance under the new power-unit regulations and consistent scoring from Kimi Antonelli and George Russell. The Silver Arrows have secured the majority of victories and poles, reflecting superior initial pace and reliability that other teams have only partially clawed back through mid-season upgrades. Ferrari trails in second with stronger recent form from Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, while McLaren and Red Bull remain further adrift. Trader consensus at 91% for Mercedes reflects this points buffer, though late development races, reliability setbacks, or sustained rival gains could still narrow the gap before the final rounds.
