The high-speed Temple of Speed favors cars with strong straight-line pace and energy management, where Mercedes has shown recent strength and Ferrari’s home favorites Leclerc and Hamilton occupy strong grid spots in the top five. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli starts from the back after taking an engine penalty but retains realistic recovery potential given the circuit’s overtaking opportunities. Defending champion Lando Norris, starting further back, must overcome brake issues and grid position to challenge for a podium, while Max Verstappen’s sixth-place start adds another variable in a tightly contested field.
