Recent reports show that Jeffrey Epstein previously used multiple storage units to hide files, computers, and other belongings (see: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2026/02/22/jeffrey-epstein-secret-files-storage-units-united-states/?ICID=continue_without_subscribing_reg_first). This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count. Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.**No raids on Epstein storage units have been reported through September 2026, supporting the 90.5% trader consensus for that outcome by year-end.** Revelations from February 2026 DOJ document releases and Telegraph reporting established that Jeffrey Epstein rented at least six U.S. storage units from 2003 until his 2019 death. These held computers, hard drives, photos, and other materials moved by private investigators ahead of earlier law-enforcement actions, with search warrants indicating federal authorities never executed raids on the facilities. The FBI has declined to confirm any searches. Subsequent developments have not altered this picture. Additional DOJ file releases, including millions of pages and media in early 2026 and further batches in September 2026, focused on other Epstein properties and associates without referencing new warrants or examinations of the storage units. A New Mexico lawsuit filed in August 2026 concerning Zorro Ranch records also produced no announcements of raids or active federal pursuit of the lockers. No official statements, court filings, or credible reporting have signaled planned searches through mid-to-late 2026. Traders appear to weigh the historical pattern of limited follow-through on these locations, combined with the absence of fresh catalysts such as new warrants, congressional directives, or investigative updates, as the dominant reason the probability of a 2026 raid remains low. Resolution depends on verifiable discovery and examination of any such unit by December 31, 2026.
