Miroslava Ferancová holds the strongest position as the incumbent mayor and ANO 2011 candidate heading into the October 9-10, 2026 Czech municipal elections, which will select the 45-member city council that elects the next mayor. Her 79% market price reflects ANO's dominant local record, including the largest bloc after the 2022 vote, combined with her smooth transition into office in January 2026 following Miroslav Žbánek's resignation to enter parliament. National polling trends showing ANO ahead have reinforced trader views of continuity in Olomouc. Lower-priced contenders such as Lucie Tungul, Jan Vašíř, Otakar Štěpán Bačák, Pavel Jelínek, Marek Zelenka, and Matouš Pelikán represent leaders from other parties or coalitions, including STAN, SPD-linked groups, and smaller alliances, but face structural barriers to assembling the necessary council majority. No major shifts in local alignments or candidate announcements have altered this outlook in recent weeks.
