Trader consensus reflected in the 73.5% implied probability for a San Francisco metro median home value below $1.176 million on September 30 aligns with the latest Zillow Home Value Index placing typical values near $1.137 million in early September 2026 data, up modestly year-over-year. Low inventory and AI-driven luxury demand have bolstered high-end sales in San Francisco proper, where medians exceeded $1.6 million recently, yet broader metro figures incorporating condos and suburban properties remain anchored lower amid mixed Bay Area transaction volumes. With resolution less than four weeks away, seasonal factors and any final August releases represent the primary near-term variables influencing these market-implied odds.
