This market will resolve to the player who finishes the 2026-27 NFL regular season (Weeks 1 through 18) as the highest-scoring fantasy football player under standard PPR (points-per-reception) scoring per the default scoring of ESPN Fantasy Sports. If two or more players are tied for the most total PPR fantasy points, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player who has a higher fantasy points per game average for the 2026 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player whose last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a leader cannot be determined within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official season-total statistics as reported by ESPN Fantasy Sports (https://www.espn.com/fantasy/).**The 2026 fantasy football overall points leader market remains tightly bunched because consensus projections place a cluster of elite RBs and WRs within a narrow range of expected fantasy output as the NFL season opens.** Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson, Ja'Marr Chase, Puka Nacua, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba top recent rankings with similar per-game upside driven by expanded roles, high-volume offenses, and favorable usage—Gibbs benefiting from a larger share in Detroit, Nacua and Chase anchoring pass-heavy attacks, and Robinson handling lead-back duties in Atlanta. With no widespread injuries among frontrunners and Week 1 just underway, variables like workload distribution, offensive line health, and target share create substantial uncertainty. This parity explains why trader-implied probabilities stay compressed across the top tier rather than consolidating behind any single player.
