FC Seoul's dominant position atop the K League 1 table with 59 points after 27 matches has effectively removed them from the runner-up conversation, leaving a tightly bunched group chasing second. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors sits second on 42 points, closely followed by Ulsan HD, Jeju SK, Gangwon FC, Daejeon Hana Citizen, and others separated by just a handful of points. Recent results, including Seoul's five-match winning streak and strong defensive record, have reinforced the leader's form while the chasing pack trades results that keep multiple teams mathematically and competitively viable through the remaining regular-season fixtures and subsequent split. Trader consensus reflects this parity, with implied probabilities clustered in the mid-40s percent range for several sides amid uncertain late-season momentum and head-to-head implications.
