This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the K League 2 for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of K League 2 for the 2026 season per the rules of K League 2 (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the K League 2; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Suwon Samsung Bluewings hold a clear lead in the 2026 K League 2 standings after roughly 23-24 matches, positioning them as strong favorites for automatic promotion while leaving second place wide open. Seoul E-Land, Suwon FC, Daegu FC, Hwaseong FC, and Busan IPark sit within striking distance of one another on points, with several other sides like Gimpo FC, Gyeongnam FC, and Seongnam FC still mathematically in range. Recent results show inconsistent form across the chasing pack, including draws and narrow wins that have prevented any single club from pulling clear. With more than 10 rounds remaining and promotion playoff spots also at stake for third through sixth, the tight clustering of implied probabilities around 38% reflects the depth of the field and the potential for momentum shifts in the remaining schedule. Lower-ranked teams such as Jeonnam Dragons and Gimhae FC 2008 trail significantly and face steeper obstacles.
