Carlos Alcaraz leads the 2026 US Open men's singles market at 47.5% implied probability after Jannik Sinner's right-knee withdrawal removed the top seed and opened a favorable path for the defending champion, who has advanced in straight sets upon returning from his own wrist injury. Alexander Zverev sits at 24.6% thanks to his French Open title, Wimbledon final run, and a cleaner draw that has allowed comfortable progression on hard courts. Ben Shelton (7.4%), Daniil Medvedev (6.6%), and Learner Tien (4.1%) follow as the next tier, supported by strong recent hard-court results and American depth, while several top seeds have already exited amid early upsets. Trader consensus reflects these confirmed roster changes, current form, and bracket dynamics heading into the round of 16.
