Aryna Sabalenka leads the 2026 US Open women's singles market as the two-time defending champion and world No. 1, buoyed by her dominant hard-court record and efficient early-round wins at Flushing Meadows that reflect sustained power serving and baseline consistency. Coco Gauff follows closely, drawing support from her recent Cincinnati title, strong American hard-court form, and home-crowd momentum as she advances steadily. Iga Swiatek sits third after a Toronto win and improved late-summer results, though her lower seeding highlights a tougher draw path. The broad field, including Mirra Andreeva, Jessica Pegula, and Elena Rybakina, underscores the event's depth, with recent Grand Slam experience, ranking stability, and current match fitness separating the top probabilities from longer shots still in contention.
