The early 2026-27 SuperLiga season shows defensive parity across the 16-team field after the opening matchweeks, with no side establishing a clear edge in clean sheets. Recent campaigns highlighted strong backlines at Universitatea Craiova, Universitatea Cluj, Dinamo București, Rapid București, and Argeș Pitești, yet 2025-26 form and early 2026-27 results reveal similar goal-prevention records among mid-table and promoted sides like Sepsi OSK and Corvinul Hunedoara. Goalkeeper consistency, compact defensive structures, and fixture congestion from European qualifiers keep outcomes fluid, producing the tight trader consensus that any listed club could finish with the most shutouts.
