This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 Heisman Trophy, awarded to the most outstanding player in college football, with the winner announced at the Heisman ceremony currently scheduled for December 12, 2026. If the ceremony is postponed after December 26, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been announced within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple players are declared co-winners, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Heisman Trophy Trust (https://www.heisman.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The early weeks of the 2026 college football season have kept the Heisman market tightly bunched, with no single player establishing clear separation in trader pricing. Multiple quarterbacks and skill-position standouts from high-profile programs carry comparable implied probabilities, reflecting similar preseason expectations around team strength, returning production, and schedule difficulty. Factors such as early-season performance, injury status, and head-to-head results in conference play will likely widen gaps as the campaign progresses, consistent with historical patterns where frontrunners often emerge after October showdowns rather than in September. This dynamic underscores the race's inherent uncertainty at this stage.
