This market will resolve to "Yes" if Braden Eric Peters (known as Clavicular) is sentenced to any time in jail/prison for any charges, by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market will remain open through December 31, 2026 or until Clavicular is sentenced to time in jail/prison, regardless of any initial sentencing that does not include prison. Any sentencing will qualify, regardless of subsequent appeals or changes to the sentence. Civil lawsuits, regulatory actions, administrative complaints, investigations without charges, internal employment actions, or public accusations without the filing of criminal charges will not qualify, even if widely reported or described colloquially as “charges.” If at any point all charges against Clavicular for all criminal cases are dropped for whatever reason, due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, a dismissal, or any other situation in which no judgement is rendered or will be rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government and law enforcement; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Clavicular (Braden Peters), the 20-year-old Kick streamer and looksmaxxing influencer, faces no realistic path to prison time based on resolved cases.** His most prominent legal matter—the May 2026 Florida misdemeanor charge for unlawfully discharging a firearm during a March Everglades livestream involving shots at an already-deceased alligator—ended in a no-contest plea. This delivered six months of probation, 20 hours of non-streamable community service, and required safety courses, with the charge eligible to be wiped from his record upon compliance. Prosecutors noted no injuries occurred, and the judge warned only of potential jail (up to 364 days) for future violations. Earlier felony counts from an Arizona arrest were dropped in February 2026 for lack of prosecutable evidence, while a separate Florida battery/conspiracy charge tied to a February fight video was dismissed in July 2026. These outcomes align with typical handling of first-time misdemeanors in the relevant jurisdictions and reflect the absence of ongoing felony exposure. With no active cases or imminent court dates signaling escalation as of early September 2026, trader consensus at 89.5% for “No” rests on the pattern of plea resolutions and dropped charges that have kept the influencer out of custody.
