The Slovenian PrvaLiga title race and upper-table battle remain wide open early in the 2026-27 campaign, with Maribor, Celje, Koper, Bravo, and Olimpija Ljubljana all showing comparable squad depth and recent form that keeps third place highly contested. Celje claimed the prior title with strong attacking output, yet Maribor has started the new season atop the table through consistent results and defensive organization, while Koper and Bravo maintain momentum from their previous podium finishes. Olimpija’s experience in European qualification spots adds another variable, alongside mid-table sides like Mura and Radomlje that have posted competitive results in past campaigns. Frequent points swings, key transfers, and the absence of a clear frontrunner beyond the top two create a bunched field where small differences in head-to-head outcomes or late-season surges can shift the third-place order. Trader consensus reflects this parity, pricing multiple clubs with realistic paths to that exact finish.
