In the 2026 Liga 1 season, the race for the most clean sheets remains tightly bunched because multiple sides maintain comparable defensive records through the Apertura and early Clausura. Alianza Lima leads the accumulated table with the stingiest defense overall (15 goals conceded in 24 matches), while Sport Boys currently tops the clean-sheet count at 11, followed closely by Deportivo Garcilaso and Atlético Grau. Recent Clausura results show Garcilaso conceding just three goals in seven outings, and Universitario and Sport Boys also posting strong shutout percentages. With roughly half the campaign left and no team holding a commanding edge in goals-against or fixture difficulty, trader consensus reflects the realistic possibility that several clubs could finish level or pull ahead depending on late-season form, goalkeeper consistency, and squad depth.
