The 2026-27 NB I campaign opened with exceptional parity across the 12-team field, leaving the mid-table scramble for 10th place wide open after the first seven matchdays. Early results show tight point clusters from Puskás Akadémia down through Nyíregyháza Spartacus, with promoted sides Vasas and Kispest-Honvéd mixing results alongside established clubs such as Debreceni VSC, Ferencvárosi TC, Győri ETO, MTK Budapest, Kisvárda, Paksi SE, Újpest, and Zalaegerszegi TE. Summer roster adjustments, variable home/away splits, and isolated issues like MTK’s recent virus outbreak have further blurred distinctions. Traders price every listed side at equal implied probability because no club has yet established consistent form or separation in a league where three meetings per opponent amplify small swings over the remaining 26 rounds.
