If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish 9th in the 2026-27 Liga FPD (Costa Rica), the associated market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 Liga FPD (Costa Rica) season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 9th place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from Liga FPD (Costa Rica); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The early 2026-27 Liga FPD Apertura standings remain tightly bunched after six rounds, with Inter de San Carlos, Puntarenas, Sporting San José, and several others separated by just a handful of points in the lower half. This parity stems from inconsistent recent form across the group, including mixed results for Inter de San Carlos and early struggles for Herediano and Escorpiones de Belén, offset by solid defensive showings from teams like Sporting. In a 10-team league where aggregate performance determines the single relegation spot, small swings in results or goal difference can shift positions dramatically over the remaining schedule. Head-to-head trends and home/away splits add further variability, keeping implied probabilities clustered near even odds as traders price in the wide range of plausible outcomes for the 9th-place cutoff.
