Kimi Antonelli leads the 2026 Italian Grand Prix fastest-lap market at 28% implied probability largely because his fresh power unit and Mercedes straight-line speed at Monza create strong recovery potential from the back of the grid. The championship leader has dominated much of the season and showed competitive pace in practice despite starting last after exceeding his allocation. George Russell sits second at 21% after qualifying P2 and topping FP2 and FP3, while Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton follow at 15% and 11.5% with their own engine upgrade boosting top-end performance. Pierre Gasly’s surprise pole for Alpine and the tight overall field add uncertainty, as tire strategy and late-race pushes on high-speed Monza straights can swing the outcome among several frontrunners.
