This market will resolve to "No" if no data is available by October 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.**Digger**, the upcoming satirical black comedy from Alejandro G. Iñárritu starring Tom Cruise as an oil tycoon racing to avert environmental catastrophe, has generated strong pre-release anticipation ahead of its October 2, 2026 theatrical and IMAX debut. With no critic reviews posted yet on Rotten Tomatoes, trader sentiment hinges on the film’s high-profile pedigree—Iñárritu’s history of awards-contending work, Cruise’s box-office draw, a stacked ensemble including Riz Ahmed, Sandra Hüller, and John Goodman, and positive early reactions to footage shown at CinemaCon. The wide studio release and ambitious visual-effects scope could support robust initial Tomatometer momentum once reviews arrive, though the satirical tone and timing near the end of awards season introduce typical uncertainty around critical consensus. The market will lock in the All Critics score shortly after opening.
