The Romanian SuperLiga 2026-27 campaign opened in mid-July with notable parity across the 16-team field, including promoted sides Corvinul Hunedoara, Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe, and Voluntari. Defending champions Universitatea Craiova retained core personnel and added depth, positioning them as slight pre-season leaders in trader pricing, yet early results have kept the title race wide open. Dinamo București sit atop the table after strong opening weeks, while Rapid, Petrolul, FCSB, and CFR Cluj remain within striking distance despite mixed form. FCSB’s recent losses have tempered expectations, and the split-format structure plus even squad strengths across mid-table clubs sustain the bunched probabilities. No single side has established clear dominance, leaving implied probabilities tightly clustered as the regular season progresses.
